Swift Bill has established relationships with several partner financial institutions that provide various types of merchant accounts and e-commerce services.

If you wish to avoid numerous application fees and costly efforts to find appropriate bank, we can do it for you. Since you made your decision, you need to fill out our Merchant Application form, providing all accurate information in order for us to proceed. It may take up to two weeks to get the approval.

You will be sent only to a bank that has pre-approved you. When we find the bank, you will be contacted by them and any application fees therein will apply. Swift Bill cannot guarantee account approval.

Once you approved you will receive your Merchant ID number.

As a Merchant Account holder you will possess complete control and responsibility over your account and customer information.

Swift Bill provides transaction processing, Username/Password management, account information access and account cancellation option. Swift Bill handles all banking, fraud control, reporting tools, subscription services and payment options.

Merchants would be able to use our real time processing software to check sales and manage their account with no software to download. Account will be setup on a processing server on Swift Bill secure network by our technical staff.

If you are ready to start you must complete our Sign-up form and provide all the information about your business, products and web site. Failure to present appropriate information will result in the delay or denial of your account setup. After your approval you will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.

As a charge-back protection, Swift Bill holds back certain percentage of the total revenues from each accounting period for 6 months. Transaction fees vary depending on the volume of sales. Swift Bill is charging a setup fee.

You have options to choose the way of your selling method:
- One Time Billing
- Recurring Billing

If your customers need the service one time only and content or service you sell rarely change than One Time Billing is appropriate for you. With this option your customers will select One Time Billing on the Sign-up page. After approval of credit card information, Username and Password the user will be added to the database for the number of days purchased. Customers will receive confirmation via web receipt.

If your service or content changes frequently it will be appropriate to offer Recurring Billing. All Recurring Billing occurs every 30 days and your customers receive only one charge. The initial trial period can be established for the first 30 days. Recurring charge will be billed after the trial period has expired.
